  • Nick Messina of Summerhouse Builders just finished building the house of our dreams that exceeded all of our expectations. Nick is extremely responsible and reliable. He often answers his e-mails in a few hours and always within 24 hours. He is also incredibly honest and true to his word. He said that it would take 13 months to finish the house and it was completed exactly 13 months later. Considering that our house was built while there were still supply issues during the COVID pandemic, that was amazing. We watched so many other houses in our neighborhood get started months before our house and they still are not completed after we have lived in our house for 4 months and the houses are of comparable size. His organizational skills are outstanding. He gave us a timetable to pick out windows, stone, plumbing, tiles, molding, doors, appliances etc. and everything was delivered on time.
